We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development and Area Manager to help us expand our Civil Engineering and Surveying operations within Wellington and the central North Island.


You will be at the fore front of establishing and leading our new office and local team, and will have the dedication and skill to create and apply an effective business strategy.


The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through Civil and Surveying project activity and forging strong relationships with clients. This role requires someone with proven leadership and business acumen in addition to civil engineering experience and qualifications (CPEng). The role is a ‘blend’ of technical know-how and business leadership and provides an exciting opportunity to ‘make the role your own’ and help us in growing the business and providing service excellence to our valued clients.


Supporting the wider Civil, Surveying and Planning teams, this is a new role reporting to the Senior Associate – Civil Engineering and Marketing Manager.
