Rachel ensures the smooth running of our operations and supports the SLT and wider team with business improvement and health and safety. International relations qualified, Rachel is also fluent in Japanese and has spent time working in Japan with a major technology company. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys volleyball and cross country orienteering.
