Arran is a Senior Civil Engineer at AR & Associates with several years’ experience working as lead design & site engineer across the Auckland & Waikato regions with various project teams and Contractors.

Working on projects ranging from two – 250+ lot residential, commercial and industrial developments, retirement villages and lifestyle blocks has given Arran a spread of experience and perspective to help provide his Clients with practical advice and solutions that can save them both time and money, whilst maintaining a quality product that they can be proud of.

Arran has a proven track record for preparing and presenting schedule of quantities, Gantt charts & reports to assist with project costing studies from feasibility through to construction & compliance.
